Who We Are
Hi! We are the Livingston Family and we've been enjoying vacationing in this North Georgia area for 20 years! We live in Central Florida full time, and wanted a place to call home away from home more often than once a year. And now that the children have grown, we wanted a fully stocked, wonderful place to meet and reconnect as a family.
Why Here
When this property came on the market in the summer of 2021, we knew this was the one, and it has been everything we've hoped for! This 3-level home has room for our kids and their families, a beautiful, well equipped kitchen, space for the whole family to spread out or to come together for meals or games. It feels private and secluded while still being minutes from dining and activities, all while being a relaxing, beautiful place to travel to!

Our Mascot
Meet Hunny
Hunny is our mascot and furry little pal. We rescued Hunny from a local antique shop and have been together since! Check out Hunny's antics on our Instagram.
